Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

What this service is

Pleasant Run Drain Co. is a referral and marketing service. We connect people in Greenwood, Indiana with independent local drain and sewer service providers. We are not a plumbing or drain company and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee the work ourselves.

The provider relationship

Any inspection, quotation, work, pricing and warranty arise solely between you and the independent provider who attends your property. The performing provider is solely responsible for the quality, safety and warranty of its work. We encourage you to confirm pricing in writing with the provider before work begins.

Information on this site

The guides and descriptions on this site are general information about drain and sewer problems and methods, written for Greenwood conditions. They are not a diagnosis of your property and not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Prices are set by providers and are not quoted on this site.

Acceptable use

Use this site only to enquire about drain and sewer services in the Greenwood area. Do not misuse the phone number or forms, and do not submit false enquiries.

Quotes, pricing and scheduling

Any prices discussed by phone before an inspection are estimates only; drain and sewer work can only be priced responsibly after the line has been seen, often by camera. The provider's written quotation is the price that governs. Appointments arranged through this service are requests passed to the provider; in genuine emergencies, providers attend in the order that safety and severity demand, and arrival windows may move accordingly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the provider directly on the number they give you when the visit is confirmed.

Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to the site operator or are used with permission. You may read, share and link to the guides freely for personal use; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site commercially without permission. Neighbourhood and service names are used descriptively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute about the referral service itself (not about a provider's work, which is a matter between you and the provider) will be handled in good faith first by direct contact, and failing that in the appropriate Indiana forum.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the referral function described above. Nothing in these terms limits a provider's own responsibility for the work it performs for you. Nothing in these terms affects rights you hold under Indiana consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Safety and emergencies

Drain and sewer failures can involve contaminated water and, around electrical fittings, genuine hazards. Nothing on this site replaces emergency services: if anyone is injured, if water is in contact with electrical equipment, or if you smell gas, contact the appropriate emergency service first and the drain specialists second. Advice given by phone before a visit is general guidance for limiting damage, given in good faith; it is not a substitute for a professional on site.

Severability and the whole agreement

If any single provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read as narrowly as necessary to make it enforceable. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and this service about the use of this website; they do not affect any separate agreement you make with an independent provider, which is governed by its own written terms.

Feedback and corrections

If anything on this site is unclear, out of date or wrong — a neighbourhood detail, a description of a method, a term you disagree with — tell us through the contact page. Accuracy is part of the service's standard, and corrections from Greenwood residents who know their own ground are genuinely welcome.

Questions about these terms: use the contact page or call (317) 555-0164.
